Five hundred cards sounds like a lot until you remember how many people are shopping that weekend. If you know you want one, buy early in the sale.
How to get the Black Friday price

- Buy your gift card during the 72 hours. The 20% (or 25% over $1,000) comes off at checkout.

When is the Flytographer Black Friday sale?
The 2026 dates haven’t been announced yet. In past years, the sale ran over Thanksgiving week and ended late on Black Friday. In 2024 it ran Wednesday to Friday, and in 2025 it ended on Friday, November 28.
Black Friday 2026 falls on November 27, so expect the sale around then. I’ll update this post as soon as Flytographer shares the dates.
Why a Flytographer gift card makes a good gift
A gift card lets someone book a photographer in any of the 350+ cities, any time in the next three years. That’s handy when the trip isn’t planned yet.
The person you’re shopping for picks the city, the date, and the photographer. You pick the shoot length, from 30 minutes up to 3 hours, and send the card by email or print it at home.
A few people I’d buy one for:
- A couple getting married this year (honeymoon photos!)
- Friends expecting a baby and planning a babymoon
- A graduate heading off on a big trip
- Parents celebrating an anniversary

Black Friday sale or $25 off: which one should you use?
If you’re buying a gift card and the sale is on, the 20% will save you more on most packages. On a 60-minute session, 20% is worth more than $25.
If you’re booking your own shoot for an upcoming trip, the $25 off works any time of year. Sale pricing applies to gift cards only, so a direct booking won’t get the 20%.
Buying several gift cards over $1,000 total, say for a wedding party or a family group? That’s where the 25% tier comes in.
